Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (www.joyus.com.hk). By accessing or using the website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

In this website, the terms "this website", "the Company", "we", "us", "our", "JOYUS" refer to Asia Network Limited. The terms “customer” or "you" refer to any person who accesses, browses or use this website.

 

Delivery Coverage

  1. Delivery service is only available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Excluded areas are Outlying Islands, Restricted Areas or outside of the HKSAR.
  2. A P.O. Box cannot be used as a delivery address.
  3. If the floor of delivery address is without elevator then customers may be requested to pick up goods from the ground floor or a delivery surcharge may be levied by the delivery company/agent.
  4. Each order can only be delivered to a single address. To deliver an order to a different address, please place a new order accordingly.
  5. The customer must provide accurate delivery information at the time of purchase. Once the order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Delivery Time

  1. After confirmation of payment, delivery lead time is within 3-5 business days. The actual delivery lead time will be based on the items selected in the customer’s order and the shipping schedule of the relevant merchants.
  2. Orders will be delivered by SF Express or GOGO VAN. Asia Network Limited will determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.
  3. The Customer cannot select a specific delivery time slot. On the delivery day the courier may contact you. You may then request a delivery time slot with the corresponding service provider.
  4. If the contact number provided is unanswered or cannot be reached by the courier, it may lead to a delay in delivery or cancellation of the delivery.
  5. If the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by the customer or the customer's failure to collect the item in a timely manner, the company will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Should the item need to be re-shipped, the customer shall bear all related expenses.
  6. Delivery services may be delayed or cancelled during typhoon signal number 8 or above, or when the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted.

  1. FREE local delivery for purchases of HK$288 or above.
  2. Orders UNDER HK$288, please choose
    1. SF Express Pay by Receiver or
    2. Add HK$100 delivery charge to enjoy local delivery service
    3. Self-pick up in San Po Kong
      Address: Block C, 9/F, Wah Hing Industrial Mansions, 36 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon (Mon-Fri 09:00-13:00 ; 14:00-18:00) We will contact you for pick-up arrangement
  3. The customer is solely responsible for all delivery risks, including but not limited to delay, damage, loss or theft of the goods. We are not liable for these issues.

Promotional Offers

  1. Promotions offered on this website are only applicable to transactions made through the website and do not apply to other retail locations, including the BioKill Show Room.
  2. All discounts or promotion codes must be entered and confirmed before payment is completed.
  3. Confirmed orders cannot be modified o canceled. Asia Network Limited will not issue refunds or provide compensation in any form (including manual deduction of discounts or cash transfer refunds for the difference.
  4. The company reserves the right to modify any  promotional offers on this website at any time without prior notice.

Payment Method

  1. JOYUS only accepts Visa, Master Card, Wechat Pay, AlipayHK. All purchases will be charged in HK Dollars.
  2. Online transactions will be processed through a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, the customer agrees and accepts that they are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred as a direct result of the transaction. Asia Network Limited will not be liable for such losses under any circumstances.
  3. Ownership of the product will not transfer to the customer until payment is received.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Cancelling orders, refunds, or returns are generally not permitted. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the rare event that products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear photos of the items and packaging, so we can review your case for possible resolution.

    Please inspect your goods and quantities upon receipt. If you receive incorrect or missing products, kindly follow these steps within 24 hours:
    1. Take clear photos of the items received and all packaging.
    2. Email these photos along with your order number to info@biokill.hk.
    3. Our team will review your claim and respond.
    4. Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims submitted after the 24-hour window due to verification requirements.
  2. Product images displayed on this website are for reference only. Requests for returns based solely on differences between product appearance and website images cannot be accommodated.
  3. If you receive any products or gifts not included in your order due to an error, Asia Network Limited reserves the right to arrange for the return or collection of such items.

Other Conditions

  1. All listed product prices are denominated in Hong Kong dollars.
  2. Product availability on this website is subject to current inventory and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

  3. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the contact person, telephone number, and delivery address. If you need to update inaccurate delivery information, please contact 3575 2555 or email info@biokill.hk as soon as possible. Please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been picked up or dispatched by the courier.

  4. The customer shall bear any loss or liability resulting from incorrect delivery information, including delivery to an unintended address. Asia Network Limited will not be responsible for additional costs that may arise from lost or returned packages due to inaccurate information.

  5. Products offered are intended for personal use only. If there is evidence that products are being resold, Asia Network Limited reserves the right to claim against the customer for the price difference between the retail price and the resale value. In addition, Asia Network Limited may pursue further legal remedies, which may include claims for damages, court proceedings, or any other action permitted by law.

  6. Asia Network Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revised Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately upon publication and continued use of the website or services constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. To ensure ongoing clarity and protection for both parties, these Terms and Conditions will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect new policies or legal requirements.

  7. In case of any dispute, Asia Network Limited reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and to make final determinations regarding any questions or disagreements arising under them.
