JOYUS Cash Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
By successfully registering as member of the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program, the member acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
Under these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
- JOYUS Cash Rewards Program refers to the cash rewards program operated by Asia Network Limited (hereinafter referred to as “JOYUS,” “the Program,” “we,” or “the Company”) on www.joyus.com.hk.
- Website refers to www.joyus.com.hk (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”, “”this Website”).
- JOYUS Cash Rewards Program Member refers to Member who has completed the rewards settings, including providing the bank name, bank account number, and full name of the account holder for receiving rewards (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).
- Cash Rewards (hereinafter referred to as “Rewards”) refer to the cash incentives that members can earn by referring friends to register and purchase on the Website using the member’s personal Referral code or link. Rewards are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Financial Year refers to the period from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
2. JOYUS Cash Rewards Program Details
- Members of the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program who successfully refer friends to register and purchase on the Website using their personal Referral code or Referral link can receive up to 10% of the product amount of the order as first-tier cash reward. When the referred friend then successfully refers other individuals (extended friends) who registers and purchases on the Website, the member can receive up to 10% of the product amount of the order as a second-level cash rewards.

- Shipping fees, installation fees, and any additional charges are not eligible for Cash Rewards.
- Products offered under flash sale promotions are also excluded from Cash Rewards.
- The referred friend must complete the purchase on this website while logged into their account for the referrer to be eligible to receive cash rewards.
- There is no upper limit on the number of referrals or the amount of rewards a member can earn under this Program.
3. Joining the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program
- Registering as a member on the Website does not automatically enroll you in the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program.
- There are two ways to join the JOYUS cash Rewards Program:
- Join During Registration: When registering, complete Banks that receive rebates, Bank Account Number, and Full name of the account holder.
- Join After Registration: If the above information was not provided during registration, you can still join later by logging into your account, "My Account" - "JOYUS Cash Rewards Program" - "Joining JOYUS Cash Rewards Program" to complete Banks that receive rebates, Bank Account Number, and Full name of the account holder.
- Members must be at least 18 years old to join this program.
- Each mobile phone number can only be used for one account. It is not permitted to register multiple accounts with the same phone number or for one individual to hold multiple accounts. The company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the membership without notice if these rules are violated.
4. Referral Rules
- Members must join JOYUS Cash Rewards Program before referring friends. Otherwise, the referrals will be invalid. Cash rewards are not applicable for referrals made prior to joining the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program.
- Members are responsible for ensuring that their friends correctly use their personal Referral code or Referral link during registration. Failure to do so will result in unsuccessful referral tracking, and cannot be retroactively applied. The member will not receive cash rewards for future purchases made by the referred friend.
- The following situations may cause tracking failures:
- The friend did not click the Referral link or enter the Referral code during registration.
- Use of ad-blocking tools, incognito mode, or private browsing mode.
- Browser settings do not allow the Website to access cookies.
- The friend did not complete registration immediately after clicking the referral link or navigated to other page.
- Reward eligibility is determined based on the Company’s system records.
- Cash Rewards are only applicable to purchases made on the Website when the referred friend is logged into their account. Purchases made through other channels are not eligible for the Program.
5. Rewards Disbursement and Adjustments
- Rewards will be disbursed within 7 working days after the referred friend’s and/or extended friend’s order status changes to “Completed.”
- The Company reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or cancel the cash reward balance in a member’s account under reasonable circumstances, including but not limited to rewards being incorrectly credited to the member’s account, or if the member is found to have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or behavior violating these Terms and Conditions.
6. Rewards Withdrawal
- The minimum withdrawal amount for rewards is HK$20.
- Disbursement schedule:

Applications submitted from the 1st to 15th of each month will be disbursed on the last working day of the same month.
- Applications submitted from the 16th to the end of the month will be disbursed on the 15th of the following month.
- If the disbursement date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.

- Members must ensure that the provided bank details (including bank name, account number, and account holder’s name) are accurate and capable of receiving HKD transfers.
- If the Cash Reward is disbursed to an incorrect account due to incorrect bank information provided by Member, The Company will not be responsible for refunding or reissuing the cash rewards.
- Members should regularly check the status of reward disbursements. If rewards are not received as expected, Members can email relevant information to the Company at info@biokill.hk for follow-up.
- The Company shall not be liable for any disbursement delays, including but not limited to those caused by irregular bank system maintenance, emergency outages, or technical issues, and no compensation will be provided.
- To comply with the Inland Revenue Ordinance, the Company is required to submit IR56M for non-employees paid exceeded a total of $25,000 per annum for the relevant financial year. Therefore, when a member’s rewards in a financial year exceed HK$24,999, they must provide their full name (in English and Chinese), Hong Kong ID number, and gender in "My Account" - "Account Information" for tax reporting purposes to continue withdrawing rewards.
7. Account Termination or Suspension
- Members have the right to cancel their account at any time for any reason through email to info@biokill.hk. Upon account cancellation, all accumulated and unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
- Members must ensure that all personal and bank details provided are accurate. If any false information is discovered, the Company reserves the right to terminate the membership immediately without notice.
- Under reasonable circumstances, if the Company believes a Member has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions, Asia Network Limited suspend or terminate the account immediately without notice.
- Using fraudulent transactions, multiple accounts, automated programs, or any dishonest means to obtain cash rewards is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their account terminated, rewards reclaimed, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
- For accounts terminated under any reason, all unwithdrawn rewards will be forfeited.
- Members whose account have been terminated are not permitted to re-register or rejoin the Program.
8. Modifications, Suspension, or Termination of the Program
- Asia Network Limited reserves the right to modify JOYUS Cash Rewards Program at any time, including but not limited to the Program details, rules, execution details, Cash Reward Percentages, reward disbursement, and disbursement schedules, without prior notice.
- Asia Network Limited does not guarantee that the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program will continue indefinitely. The Company reserves the full and absolute right to suspend and/or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
9. Force Majeure
- If Asia Network Limited is unable to fulfill its obligations under the Website due to any “force majeure” situation, including but not limited to fire, casualty, accident, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand, or requirement of the Hong Kong SAR Government or its agencies, strikes, labor disputes, labor or skilled worker shortages, shortages or lack of supply of products or raw materials, transportation delays, terrorist attacks, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Asia Network Limited (whether similar to the foregoing or not), the Company shall not be liable to the extent of such impediments.
10. Other Terms
- All matters related to dates and times, including but not limited to order status changes and reward withdrawal applications, are based on the Company’s backend system records.
- Members must not use the Company’s and/or the Website’s trademarks, images, or related materials for negative publicity or to spread false information. Violation may result in immediate termination of membership and Asia Network Limited reserves the right to pursue legal action.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions take effect from the date of publication. Continued participation in the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program constitutes agreement to the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
- In case of any dispute, Asia Network Limited reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and to make final determinations regarding any questions or disagreements arising under them.
