JOYUS Cash Rewards Program

After you successfully registering as member of the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program, you can share your personal referral link or referral code with friends. When a friend successfully registers and makes a purchase on JOYUS, you can earn up to 10% of the total product amount as a first-tier cash reward.

When the referred friend then successfully refers other individuals (extended friends) who registers and purchases on JOYUS, the member can receive up to 10% of the total product amount of the order as a second-level cash reward.

There is no upper limit on the number of referrals or the amount of rewards a member can earn under this Program.

Joining the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program

Registering as a member on this website does not automatically enroll you in the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program.

To join the rewards program, you may provide the following information during registration:

  1. Bank for receiving cash rewards
  2. Bank Account Number
  3. Full name of bank account holder
  4. Referral Code (optional)

Or, after becoming a member, log in to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Go to "My Account"

  2. Select "JOYUS Cash Rewards Program"

  3. Click "Joining the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program"

  4. Complete the rewards setup by filling in the above information.

Only after completing these steps will you be successfully enrolled.

    • 1. As a member of www.joyus.com.hk, am I automatically enrolled in the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program?

      Registering as a member on this website does not automatically enroll you in the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program. Please refer to the steps outlined above under "Joining the JOYUS Cash Rewards Program" for details on enrollment.

    • 2. When I successfully refer a friend who registers and makes a purchase, will I receive 10% of the order total as cash reward?

      You may earn up to 10% cash reward on the products in the order, depending on the product brand. This excludes products or brands under flash sale promotions. Non-product items, such as shipping, installation fees, or other additional charges, are not eligible for cash reward. Additionally, your friend must be logged into their account when making the purchase, as guest purchases cannot be tracked for rewards.

    • 3. How to ensure my referral code or referral link is properly tracked?

      1. Enter the referral code or click the referral link:
        • Remind friends to accurately enter your referral code or use your referral link during registration.
        • If the referral code is valid, green text will immediately appear to confirm its status.
      2. Avoid ad blockers or private browsing modes:
        • Advise friends to disable ad-blocking tools (e.g., AdBlock) and avoid using incognito or private browsing modes during registration.
      3. Enable cookies:
        • Ensure their browser settings allow cookies for this website.
      4. Complete registration immediately:
        • After clicking the referral link, registration should be finished promptly without navigating away or delaying the process.

    • 4. My friend has already made purchase on JOYUS. Why am I unable to apply for the cash reward withdrawal ?

      Cash Rewards will be disbursed within 7 working days after the referred friend’s and/or extended friend’s order status changes to “Completed.”

    • 5. How to withdraw cash rewards?

      1. Go to "My Account" and Select "JOYUS Cash Rewards Program"

      2. Select "My Withdrawal"

      3. Fill in Withdrawal Amount, then click on "Submit Request"

      4. The minimum withdrawal amount for rewards is HK$20.

    • 6. When will I receive my cash reward after submitting a withdrawal request?

      Disbursement schedule:

      • Applications submitted from the 1st to 15th of each month will be disbursed on the last working day of the same month.
      • Applications submitted from the 16th to the end of the month will be disbursed on the 15th of the following month.
      • If the disbursement date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.
